Question: MTHFR mutation and fertility

I have a homo c677t mthfr gene mutation which therefore results in lower chances of conceiving and higher chances of miscarriages.
Does anyone else know they have this mutation and know how to increase chances of conceiving and greater chances of a successful full term pregnancy? My mother has the same mutation and she was lucky enough to have two successful pregnancies with little effort and only one miscarriage but I have tried for almost a year with no avail.
