Question: Currently a week late

I took a few pregnancy test before I missed my period and I got a couple faint lines and then I took a digital the day before My planned day af paid a visit and got a bfn and then took one the day of my missed and got another BFN and now I’m a week late and currently still discharging and haven’t took a test yet because I’m sacred. Any opinions?
