Question: LATE

I'm 30years old, no kids. TTC for a little over 3 months. My cycle is irregular but always get it monthly. My cycle ave. is 31days (shortest 21 & longest 40). My last period is June 26th, 2018, today being September 10th I am at: Cycle Phase Luteal, cd76, dpo58 and 45 days LATE ! About three days ago (ONLY WHEN I WIPED, ONE TIME) I had a light brown and clear discharge and cramps that last a little. Sharp minor pains on right or left, but go away after a few seconds. MOTION sickness and never had that before, have for 2 weeks now. No unusual discharge, dry most of the time, recently just wet. Prego test 2 weeks ago (urine) it was negative. Went to my Dr that day of test & he wanted me to wait another cycle for blood work. My weight & excercise has not change. Is it possible to be pregnant? I've been trying for 3 months now.
