Question: 4dpo Cervix is high kinda firm n closed

Hello ladies im new to this lol
I'm Dpo4 and been gettin sick to my stomach I have been checkin my cp for a week now an since 4days ago its been high soft/firm wet n closed. Not sure if this means pregnancy or not. I checked it a while ago n it was high soft n closed. But yesterday it was high firm n closed can someone please help sending baby dust to all of you ladies. 😁
